Hey all you pretty girls, stand up and take a twirl
Don’t sit around all day, jump up and start to play
Now that you’re in the groove, step out and really move!
With My:
There are 1,440 minutes in every day. Would you give your best friend 30 minutes a day if you knew it could be a matter of life or death?
I think you probably would.
But did you know that by investing as little as 30 minutes a day in exercise for Yourself can help You live longer and healthier.
My Fitness4Her 30 Minutes to a New You exercise program fits into any schedule and won’t interfere in your daily life, whether you’re a student, a stay-at-home mom, or an overworked career woman.
The average person spends 3-4 hours a day watching television. While entertaining, the tube does nothing for promoting your physical health. Instead of watching all those commercials that tempt you to eat the wrong foods, get up off that couch and get moving. All it takes is 30 minutes a day.
Strength training combined with aerobic exercise helps to:
- Stimulate feelings of euphoria.
- Reduce depression.
- Stall loss of muscle.
- Preserve the metabolism of youth.
Regardless of your age, weight or athletic ability, strength training, sometimes referred to as resistance training, should make up part of your fitness program. Resistance exercises help to strengthen your body so that you will have an easier time with your aerobic activities. You see, these two types of exercise go hand in hand. Resistance training also helps your body look beautiful. After 90 days of following my program, you’ll begin to see the results¬¬¬¬—of a long slender waistline, tight, firm buttocks with shapely legs and calves that taper down to delicate ankles. No cankles for this girl!
From seventeen to seventy, slim to full-figured, newbie to seasoned athlete, my program can work for you.
No matter your age or fitness level Fitness4Her will work for you. There are different intensities for each exercise so you can begin easy and then ramp up to a more challenging workout as you progress.
My 30 Minutes to a New You exercise program provides all of the essential elements of a lasting, effective physical fitness regimen. Simple and easy-to-follow, it can be done in as little as 30 minutes a day–and just 3 days a week! The rest of the week you just set aside 30 minutes a day for play! On these “play days” you can choose any aerobic activity you like, such as walking, bicycling, swimming or skating, playing tennis, golf or any sport that you enjoy.
Staying active with daily exercise has many health benefits.
Exercise makes your heart stronger, gives you more energy and combined with a healthy diet, helps you lose weight and keep it off. You may even be able to delay or eliminate the threat of illnesses like diabetes and osteoporosis.
So if you never want to worry about a lack of energy, illnesses directly related to obesity, or a weakening heart resulting from a sedentary lifestyle, then follow me as I lead you through my 30 Minutes to a New You exercise program.
